The Food Sensations® for Adults Program is now a free online nutrition program that is interactive, fun and provides a safe environment to learn how to make healthier choices. All you need is access to the internet and a computer, phone or tablet. The program goes for 1.5 hours each week, for 3 weeks. We highly recommend you attend all three to get the most out of the program.

Mindfulness and Meditation
