There are plenty of free online resources to keep you healthy and active at home. Resources include online videos, live stream classes, or printing off hardcopy programs.

    The Better Health Program

    Children aged 7-13 who are above the healthy weight range are invited to join this free,10-week healthy lifestyle program. Running online for both children and their families, the Better Health Program includes weekly sessions, free resources (including a Garmen fitness tracker) and weekly coaching calls with a trained and qualified health coach to help keep you on track and make healthy lifestyle changes for the whole family!
