The Customer Service Charter Review is a key action in the City of Belmont’s Corporate Business Plan 2025-2029, as well as an important initiative within our Engagement Strategy 2023 & Beyond.

We want to ensure our Customer Service Charter continues to reflect the needs of our community and the City.

What is in our current Customer Service Charter

A customer service charter is also known as a commitment to customer service or a customer service promise.

It is generally a simple document that outlines what a customer can expect when interacting with us and what we expect from our customers.

  • How complaints are dealt with
