  • Provide for mixed residential and commercial land uses focussed between Stoneham Street, Great Eastern Highway, Hargreaves Street, Daly Street, Grandstand Road (south) Resolution Drive (south) Matheson Road and Hardey Road through a ‘Mixed Use’ zoning.
  • Transform Daly Street into a ‘main street’ with a small shopping centre and leafy boulevard.
  • Provide for residential development between Resolution Drive, Grandstand Road and the Ascot Kilns site.
  • Provide for building heights ranging between 2-15 storeys with the potential for an additional five storey bonus at landmark sites.
A Development Concept Plan has been prepared to provide an illustration of the development intent of the Golden Gateway Local Structure Plan.
