Your Rates

As part of being a property owner, there are additional responsibilities which include ensuring that your annual rates are paid as shown on your rate notice.

Your rates continue to provide us with part of the revenue needed to manage all the services and facilities which make the city an attractive place to live.

Some of these things include parks infrastructure, library services, security and emergency services, recreation and culture, waste and sanitation, building infrastructure, transport infrastructure, environmental projects, planning and regulatory services, and youth, family and aged services.
