Share your thoughts on the proposed differential rates and minimum payments for the 2025-26 financial year.

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given of the intention of the City of Belmont to adopt the following rates in the dollar for Gross Rental Value and Minimum Payments for each differential rating category in the 2025-26 financial year.

The proposed cents in the dollar and minimum payments are as follows:

This represents an overall 3.6% change in the rate yield from Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties. Further, minimum payments have increased by 3.6% for Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties respectively.
