Help us improve parking in The Springs

We are exploring ways to improve street parking in The Springs.

To do that, we're conducting a parking review that will consider community feedback on the following issues:

  • Use of street parking as long-term residential overflow parking
  • Turnover of street parking bays
  • Turnover in Cracknell Park carpark
  • Illegal verge parking, causing damage and loss of amenity
  • Unauthorised parking on vacant land.

Outcomes

We are considering ways to address these issues that achieve the following:

  • Improve availability of street parking

  • Reduce verge and road damage

  • Control illegal parking

We are not considering introducing paid or permit parking.
