Customer Service Gather Board (Internal)

From time to time, you may need to interact with a customer of the City of Belmont, whether it’s when they are paying their rates, lodging a request, booking a facility, or needing help with one of our services.

This is focussed on one-to-one communication; how we treat them as an individual and the customer channels that are most efficient and effective, be it in person, online, on the phone or even self-serve through our website.
