We're lighting up parks and public spaces across the city, to make them more welcoming and accessible for everyone.

Lighting is a clear priority for our community, and while we advocate to Western Power for better street lighting, we're also delivering a range of projects to brighten the spaces we manage.

Each year, we budget for lighting projects through our Capital Works Program.

    Keeps the lights on for longer during the winter months at four local parks.

    LED lighting upgrades for all existing parks.

  • Ascot Waters streetlights

    We are working through our LED replacement program for the small number of streetlights we own. This will see 84 streetlights in Ascot Water upgraded by the end of the year.

Lighting is also included in the design of upcoming projects to make sure our community spaces are well-lit year-round.
